Business and seller identification

BYNOMIO, with the tagline The Perfect Connection, sells standard and personalized NFC products. BYNOMIO X is jointly administered and operated by Diego Sandoval Nicanor and Ismael Jesús Terrazas Contreras, individuals who participate equally in its administration, operation and commercial responsibilities.

Both may make sales and issue invoices. The CFDI will be issued by the person who conducts each transaction for tax purposes, identified in the quotation or order confirmation before payment. BYNOMIO X is not presented as an incorporated company or as a legal entity separate from its operators.

Order confirmation and scope

Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not confirm an order or generate a charge. Before purchase, the product, quantity, link, chip configuration, total price in Mexican pesos, taxes, charges, delivery, programming and applicable conditions will be provided for the customer to accept.

Availability and materials are confirmed for each order. If fulfillment becomes impossible, the customer will be informed and a solution agreed that respects their rights, without indefinite extensions or unilateral substitution of the agreed order.

Initial programming and locking

Initial link programming is included in the price unless a different condition is expressly disclosed and accepted before purchase. Only the link supplied or authorized by the customer will be used. Writing and reading will be checked with compatible devices before delivery.

The order will specify whether the card is reprogrammable or delivered locked, depending on the chip. Irreversible locking requires prior express approval; a permanently locked card is not promised to be reprogrammable. Programming errors attributable to BYNOMIO will be corrected free of charge. New links or subsequent reconfiguration requested by the customer require a quotation and prior acceptance.

Compatibility and external services

Use requires an NFC-compatible device and the connectivity or access conditions required by the destination. BYNOMIO does not operate or host linked websites, profiles or platforms and does not guarantee their availability, rule changes, or the number or continued presence of reviews.

The customer confirms control of, or authorization to use, the requested destination. A later change to their account, link or platform is distinct from a card defect; this distinction does not exclude BYNOMIO’s responsibility for the product or programming actually agreed.

Price and payments

In-person purchases may be paid in cash or by credit or debit card. Remote purchases are paid exclusively by bank transfer. The website does not include a payment gateway or automatically confirm payments.

Personalized orders require a 50% deposit and payment of the balance before shipping or delivery. An order with an unpaid balance will not be dispatched unless expressly agreed otherwise. The payment policy explains deposit confirmation and previously accepted charges.

Designs and authorized materials

The deposit includes up to 3 design proposals. After these are used, each additional design or extraordinary change costs MXN $100, subject to prior authorization of the charge and its total amount; corrections of BYNOMIO’s own errors are free. Production begins only after express approval of the final design.

The customer must review spelling, text, dimensions, logos and the link, and confirm that they hold the rights to any supplied materials. Use is authorized solely to prepare and produce the order, without automatic advertising permission. Changes after approval may require a new quotation, without releasing BYNOMIO from delivering what was approved.

Shipping, incidents and warranties

The buyer pays the initial shipping or personal delivery costs that were quoted and accepted. Reshipping caused by incorrect information confirmed by the customer is quoted at their expense where legally applicable; costs caused by BYNOMIO’s own errors are not passed on to the buyer.

A 90-calendar-day warranty from delivery covers manufacturing defects and configuration failures attributable to the product or to BYNOMIO’s initial configuration. More favorable statutory rights and warranties remain applicable. Costs of a valid warranty claim are handled according to the supplier’s legal obligations.

Cancellations, changes and consumer rights

Cancellation and refund policies distinguish voluntary cancellation from statutory withdrawal and legal remedies for defects or nonperformance. A deposit is not automatically forfeited, and personalization does not remove consumer rights.

Applicable conditions are documented when the order is confirmed. Website updates do not retroactively reduce accepted conditions or previously offered warranties. No clause excuses BYNOMIO’s own nonperformance or requires a waiver of access to PROFECO or the competent authorities.

Authorized payment methods

In-person purchases: cash, credit card and debit card. Remote purchases: bank transfer only. This version does not offer other payment methods, financing, recurring payments or an on-site payment gateway.

Bank transfer instructions will be confirmed through an official channel and must correspond to the seller identified for the transaction.

Total price and currency

Amounts are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN). The total price, including taxes and applicable design, delivery or shipping charges, will be provided before payment. No fees or services will be added without prior disclosure and acceptance.

Variable delivery and additional service costs are quoted for each order. The customer is not required to accept a charge that was not agreed.

Deposit and balance for personalized orders

A personalized order requires a deposit of 50% of the agreed price. This includes up to three design proposals. After these are used, each additional design or extraordinary change requested costs MXN $100, subject to prior authorization of the charge and its total amount. Corrections of BYNOMIO’s errors are free.

The customer will be notified when the product is finished. The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping or delivery, as agreed. The deposit is not automatically nonrefundable; cancellation is handled under the corresponding policy and statutory rights.

Payment confirmation and outstanding balances

Receipt of a payment slip does not by itself establish that funds have been credited. Actual receipt will be verified before authorized work begins or the product is released. A minimal record of the payment and its allocation to the order will be kept.

An outstanding balance allows dispatch to be postponed until payment, without extinguishing customer rights or justifying indefinite retention of money. Duplicate payments or unapplied amounts will be reviewed and resolved after verification.

Receipts and CFDI

Diego Sandoval Nicanor and Ismael Jesús Terrazas Contreras may make sales and issue CFDI. The invoice will be issued by the person who conducts the transaction for tax purposes, in accordance with articles 29 and 29-A of the Código Fiscal de la Federación and applicable rules. No joint RFC is presumed, and one person’s transactions are not invoiced in another person’s name.

The quotation or confirmation will identify the seller and corresponding invoice issuer. Legally required tax information will appear in the CFDI; only the customer information necessary to issue or correct it will be requested. Purchasing and support are not conditional on waiving a legally required receipt. Invoicing requests are handled through the official WhatsApp Business or email.

Request and deposit

To request a personalized card, its price must be confirmed and a 50% deposit paid. The deposit includes up to three design proposals. The order’s scope, materials and characteristics must be documented.

After the three proposals are used, each additional design or extraordinary change requested by the customer costs MXN $100, subject to express prior authorization of the charge and its total amount. Necessary corrections of errors attributable to BYNOMIO will not be charged.

Review and express approval

The customer must review the final proposal’s text, spelling, details, logos, element positions and link and expressly approve it before production starts. Silence or a general inquiry does not replace that approval.

A change requested after approval may require a new quotation and acceptance, as well as an adjustment to the stated timeframe. Approval of materials does not excuse BYNOMIO’s execution errors or delivery of something other than what was approved.

Materials and permission to use them

The customer confirms that they hold rights or permission for supplied logos, images, text and links. Authorization to BYNOMIO is limited to preparing proposals and producing the order; it does not include publishing designs or customer identity for promotional purposes without separate permission.

Files must be suitable for the agreed work. If their quality prevents correct production, a suitable version will be requested or an adaptation quoted before proceeding. Additional work will not be charged without approval.

Start and duration of production

Production begins after express approval and receipt of the deposit and necessary materials. The estimated production time is 3 to 5 business days from fulfillment of those conditions. Transit time is separate.

Missing files or materials will be reported before a date is set or adjusted; this does not authorize indefinite waiting. A delay or inability to fulfill attributable to BYNOMIO will be handled using the legally applicable remedies.

Link, reading and locking

Initial programming is included unless a different condition is disclosed before purchase. The authorized link and reading with compatible devices will be checked before delivery.

Whether the chip can be reprogrammed or will be locked will be documented. Irreversible locking requires express prior approval and is not promised to be changeable later. A new link subsequently requested by the customer will be quoted separately where technically possible. BYNOMIO’s own errors are corrected free of charge.

Final payment, evidence and retention

BYNOMIO will notify the customer when the product is finished. The 50% balance is paid before shipping or delivery. Records of the deposit, proposals, authorized changes, approval, start of production, final payment and delivery are required.

Design files will ordinarily be retained for 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to the legal and minimal-record exceptions explained in the privacy notice. Permanent storage for future repeat orders is not promised. A new order may require files to be supplied again and preparation to be quoted.

Personal delivery in Veracruz

Personal delivery is offered throughout the state of Veracruz by prior agreement with the buyer. The location, date and cost must be quoted and accepted before payment. Personal delivery is not advertised as free.

The agreed delivery cost is paid by the buyer. Instructions and availability will be confirmed for each transaction; changes to the location or price are not reserved without acceptance.

Courier delivery outside Veracruz

Outside the state of Veracruz, products will be sent by courier. The initial shipping cost is paid by the buyer and disclosed before the order is confirmed.

DHL, FedEx or Estafeta may be used depending on coverage, availability and order characteristics, without exclusivity or any claimed business partnership. The specific service and its conditions will be communicated before payment.

Before payment, the available service, destination, total freight cost and approximate delivery date for the specific order will be disclosed and accepted. The tracking number will be shared later, when issued by the courier.

Preparation, final payment and tracking

Production and transit times are separate and both will be considered when providing the approximate delivery date before payment. Personalized products are dispatched when finished and their balance is paid, as agreed. Any material change to the estimate will be communicated to the buyer and addressed under the agreement and law.

A tracking number or delivery tracking will be provided when available. Handing the package to the carrier is not used as an automatic release of BYNOMIO’s obligations to the customer.

Destination details and reshipping

The buyer must review and confirm the address, recipient and contact details in writing before shipment. Reshipping caused by incorrect information confirmed by the customer, or a new voluntary delivery requested by them, will be quoted at their expense where legally applicable, based on actual costs and prior acceptance.

The buyer will not be charged for reshipping caused by BYNOMIO’s errors. Returns or transport connected with a defect, nonperformance or valid warranty are handled under the applicable legal rules, rather than as ordinary initial shipping.

Damage, loss, delays or other incidents

BYNOMIO and the buyer will cooperate to document and pursue the courier claim using the tracking number, relevant evidence of packaging or damage and a description of the incident. Prompt reporting is requested without an arbitrary deadline that forfeits statutory rights.

Cooperation does not waive claims or automatically shift all responsibility to the carrier or customer. The solution and costs will be determined according to the agreed service, the cause and the supplier’s legal obligations.

Return and warranty costs

Where statutory withdrawal under article 56 of the LFPC applies, return freight and insurance are paid by the consumer as provided in that article. Voluntary cancellation is distinct from a defect or BYNOMIO’s nonperformance.

For a valid warranty claim, BYNOMIO will cover costs legally assigned to it. There is no universal requirement for the buyer to pay all warranty transport costs. Any specific agreement permitted by law must be validly reviewed and accepted without reducing nonwaivable rights.

Type of request

Voluntary cancellation is distinct from exercising a statutory withdrawal right, a warranty or remedies for defects or nonperformance. Production-cost rules do not override nonwaivable rights.

Personalization may incur specific costs and make resale difficult, but this does not mean returns are never possible or the deposit is automatically forfeited.

Before production begins

The customer may request cancellation before production. Where legally appropriate, only costs actually incurred, justified and previously disclosed and accepted may be deducted; an itemized breakdown will be supplied. No automatic penalty is imposed and unperformed work is not charged.

The deposit is not automatically nonrefundable. Presentation of proposals may evidence work performed, but does not by itself authorize deduction of any amount or violation of a withdrawal right.

After production begins

Voluntary cancellations will be reviewed in light of design approval, actual progress, accepted conditions and documented costs. Any deduction or solution must be supported and legally permissible; no absolute prohibition applies to personalized products.

Changes requested by the customer to a correctly approved and executed design may require a new order or quotation. BYNOMIO’s errors and deliveries differing from what was offered are not treated as a simple change of mind.

Statutory withdrawal for distance sales

Where the contracting method is subject to article 56 of the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, the right to withdraw consent within five business days from delivery of the goods or signing of the contract, whichever occurs later, will be respected. Exercise through a method that leaves a record will be accepted in accordance with the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

In that case, the price will be refunded and return freight and insurance will be paid by the consumer as provided by law. Design or production costs will not be deducted to defeat that right, and no automatic exception is presumed merely because a product is personalized.

Defect, error or supplier nonperformance

Programming errors attributable to BYNOMIO will be corrected free of charge. Depending on the nature of the nonperformance and applicable rights, repair, replacement, return, refund or statutory compensation may apply. The consumer’s choice will be respected where the law grants it.

A legally required refund will not be replaced with compulsory store credit, nor will the cost of correcting BYNOMIO’s own nonperformance be passed to the customer where the law assigns it to the supplier.

Request and refund procedure

Provide the order number or details, the specific request and a response channel through the official WhatsApp or address. Keep a record of the communication. Proportionate information will be requested to verify the purchase, without unnecessary procedures.

The outcome, itemized breakdown where appropriate, amount and refund method will be provided in writing. A refund will use the original payment method; a different method will be used only if the consumer accepts it when the refund is made. For transfers, a secure method and, where appropriate, the originating account will be verified; card refunds will be processed through the issuer’s mechanism, without making rights subject to indefinite third-party delays. Applicable statutory deadlines will be respected.

Applicable warranties

BYNOMIO offers a 90-calendar-day warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects and configuration failures attributable to the product or its initial configuration by BYNOMIO. This warranty does not reduce statutory rights or more favorable previously accepted conditions; no voluntary extension beyond that period is offered.

Manufacturing defects and initial configuration failures attributable to BYNOMIO will be addressed. The corresponding written warranty document must be delivered with its scope, duration, conditions, procedure and claims address, without limiting statutory rights.

Programming and configuration

Chip reading and the authorized link will be checked with compatible devices before delivery. Programming errors attributable to BYNOMIO will be corrected free of charge.

The chip may be reprogrammable or locked depending on the order and its technical capabilities. An expressly authorized irreversible lock is not promised to be reversible. Later reconfiguration or new links requested by the customer are quoted where technically possible; this is not used to charge for correcting BYNOMIO’s own errors.

How to submit a claim

Diego Sandoval Nicanor and Ismael Jesús Terrazas Contreras may receive claims through the official WhatsApp Business, service address and email. Both participate equally in the business operation and customer service. Purchase documentation identifies the transaction’s tax invoice issuer without preventing either operator from receiving and handling a claim.

Provide information allowing the purchase to be located, the delivery date and a description of the fault. Relevant evidence or a proportionate product examination may be requested. No waiver is required and a warranty claim will not be unilaterally rejected without evaluating and explaining the cause.

Assessment and external causes

Product defects will be distinguished from damage caused by impact, bending, liquids, third-party tampering or use contrary to instructions, only where a causal relationship to the fault can be established. An external circumstance does not automatically invalidate all coverage.

Changes to a platform, account, destination or an incompatible device do not by themselves establish a card defect. If the problem is attributable to what BYNOMIO delivered or programmed, it will be handled accordingly, without a blanket exclusion for external services.

Solutions, costs and timeframes

Depending on the incident and the law, technical assessment, programming correction, repair, reconfiguration, replacement, return or refund and applicable statutory compensation may be available. The consumer’s choice will be respected where provided by law.

For a valid warranty claim, BYNOMIO will bear costs legally assigned to the supplier, including necessary transport where required. The customer is not automatically charged for all transport. A voluntary uncovered service or new link will be quoted in advance and performed only with acceptance, without charging for BYNOMIO’s own corrections.

Warranty time is suspended during repair for the legally applicable period; a replacement is subject to the new period that applies. Response times and consequences of nonperformance will comply with the law, without promising an instant solution or reserving indefinite delays.
